As an Android Developer, I was in charge of building and maintaining code components for native applications. I started to learn and implement the basics of Clean code, SOLID, Clean architecture, Unit testing, Architecture patterns and Software Design patterns to build robust and maintainable software solutions.
At this small software factory I began my professional career as a Java Developer whose primary job was to provide code maintenance for web/desktop based applications. Here, I had the opportunity to code for native Android apps for the first time.
One of my preferred activities is solving code challenges on HackerEarth; this is an exciting exercise for me!. Also, I spend some time in my daily routine reading articles about software development on Medium and Hackernoon. On the other hand, I usually complete courses from Google Code Labs to level up my technical skills.
I like to play soccer with some friends, watch series and movies, and play video games in my free time. Occasionally, I run outside or do gardening in my backyard.
My favorite hobby is cooking; I always try a new recipe every week. They say I'm a specialist in preparing typical food (from the north coast of Colombia) and fast food, but I don't think so 😅.
